Serves customers by providing product and service information through phone, email & messages.
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.

Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

Requirements
Any bachelors degree.
1 to 2 years of experience in related field will be preferred, but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Multi-tasking abilities.
Patience while handling difficult calls.
Basic computer skills are needed
