Job Description

We are looking for a smart, matured, professionally qualified Automotive Service Advisors act as the liaison between our customers and service technicians having minimum 1 year experience in automobile industry.

Roles and Responsibilities::
- Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.
- Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs.

Education & Skills Required::
- Any Diploma, Graduate, Post-Graduate
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of vehicle layout, parts catalogues and computer stock lists.
- Problem solver and self-starter
- Ability to create great customer experience

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
