CSR| Project Manager

Aadivasi Welfare Foundation carries out tree plantation activities in remote regions of the country through the locals of the area. The selected candidate will have to make regular visits to our plantation sites to monitor and manage the field activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project proposals/ updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

Set project timeline
Monitor project deliverables
Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Qualifications

MBA with minimum 2 years of experience in Strategic Management or experience in managing projects in Development Sector.
Candidate with Master in Rural Management, Social Work, Environment Sceince will be given preference.
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

Salary: ₹180,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
