Tech Mahindra is Hiring for one of the premium E-Commerce process, any candidate Graduate and experience can apply and who are willing to join immediate in Voice/non Voice for the position of Customer Support Executive.
Preference:- Looking for Immediate Joiners!
Job Location:- 7th Floor, Knowledge Boulevard, A8, Sector 62, Noida.
Salary - 2.20 LPA - 3.00 LPA
Job Criteria
Good communication skills writing and oral in English.
Good computer knowledge, good typing speed.
Any candidate with minimum six months of experience or moreor been in the BPO voice process would be considered.
Flexible to work in 247 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts.
Candidate should be comfortable working with WFO as per business requirements.
Basics of computer and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and latest operating systems.
Typing 30 WPM and 80% accuracy.

Have to resolve customer queries over Email and Calls
Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
