Touch Consultants is a Leading Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Firm based out of Delhi. We have a strong team of recruiters.

Currently hiring for 50+ branded MNC companies in various sectors on PAN INDIA basis. We are hiring in almost all sectors (IT , International BPO, Edtech, US Healthcare , BFSI etc) for Bulk and Leadership hiring.

Location - Work From Home

Eligibility Criteria (mandatory)
• Min 6 months - 10 years of experience in Volume hiring BPO Recruitment (Bulk / Leadership)
• Should have good experience in Bulk hiring NON IT for MNC BPO's for Voice / Non Voice
• Expertise of operating Naukri Portal
• Very Good Communication skills in English Language
• Having Laptop & Broadband at home
• Knowledge of Microsoft excel
• Candidate should be eager to learn recruitment and make a career in recruitment.

Job Description
• End to End Recruitment including Sourcing of profiles from various mediums
• Making trackers and end to end followup & Coordination with candidate
• Daily minimum 6-7 lineups as per JD are mandatory

Compensation

1) For 6 months - 10 yrs Experienced Candidates Salary 10K to 35k (Based on experience & skillset)

Timings 10 am - 7 pm (Monday to Saturday)
