Job Description

Handling calls/queries/requests pertaining to product and service for inbound / outbound calls effectively.

· Complaint Management. Solving customer grievances.

· Applying process/product Knowledge in replying to customers

· An immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualification: HSC / Any degree / Diploma.

Salary: Fresher: 15K CTC, Experience: 16 k CTC TO 20 k CTC.

Age: 18-30

Shift Timings: + am to 6.30 pm.

Week off: 8 Weeks off per month.

5 days working in a week

Kannada: 25 candidates.

Novac Technology Solutions,

Plot No: 2, 3rd Floor, Industrial Estate Perungudi,

Perungudi, Chennai 6000+6

Landmark: Near Perungudi Bus stop, Behind V3 Hyundai Service Center

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
