Timings:
US PST Time (07:30 pm to 04:30 am IST)
Shifts:
Only Night Shift.
Duration:
Permanent

US Consulting Firm/ IT Staffing background is MUST.
Requirement:
Knowledge, skills, and experience of at least 2-4 years in Human resources (US-HR)
Exposure to US employment laws and regulations.
Experience in On-going HR activities including, responding to current and ex-employees Employment Verification requests, employee personnel action updates in HRIS, Employment Separation
Must have experience in US employee Onboarding process including Offer Letters, Conducting Background Check Verification using third party tools, Drug Screening, I-+ Verification, E-Verify and Offboarding.
Administrative work like Visa /BGC status etc.
Experience in Contracts (MSA, Purchase Orders).
Preparing weekly and monthly onboarding reports.
Ability to work in night shift.
