Overview Designation Sr Manager HR Operations Location Bangalore The HR Operation Leader will design and manage HR systems and processes to ensure an exceptional experience for our growing workforce This role will serve as an ambassador for the HR team to both internal and external stakeholders and promote operational best practices This role is highly versatile and visible requiring an exceptionally high sense of ownership professionalism and interpersonal skills The professional will work with executives and other HR leads at corporate office to execute our strategy and deliver the best experience to our workforce Job Responsibilities Collaborate with Corporate HR team on the creation and implementation of processes and initiatives Maintain knowledge of trends best practices regulatory changes and new technologies in HR and employment law Develop compliant scalable HR policies and processes that shape the employee lifecycle and support organizations culture in accordance with the Corporate team Be a strategic partner to the Delhi team for HR operations related matters help to strengthen employee experience Maintain employee records across various systems Assist with onboarding process Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding in close collaboration with Corporate HR team Be a SPOC for Delhi employees manage their concerns and escalate to Corporate office when necessary Provide support and perform routine workflows to ensure employees are well supported Requirements At least 710 years of HR experience in an operations role Experience working with an international workforce stakeholders Possesses strong communication strategic thinking and outstanding problemsolving skills with an exceptional attention to detail Familiar with Google sheets Excel Demonstrated experience handling confidential data Ability to thrive in a facepaced environment with quickly changing business needs You will be a great fit if you are Selfmotivated and ready to take on new challenges Excited to work at a fastscaling startup Adaptable and flexible Skills HR Operations
