Purpose of the job :

Internal Communication is all about promoting effective communications among people within

the organization.

The role is being created for someone who has a flair for communications in the hospitality space and take forward the Group objective of binding various entities through internal communications.

Key Accountabilities / Duties & Responsibilities

1. S / he will primarily be responsible for ideating, designing and executing internal communication

campaigns, collaborating with HR Business Partners to drive effective internal messaging across

the organization, creating leadership communication and managing multiple communication

channels - all for a 1000+ audience that is highly versatile and speaks multiple languages.

2. Supporting the implementation of transformation program and program change activities

3. Developing and delivering an integrated communication Strategy

4. Work across teams to design and execute a cross functional communication strategy to support

efficiency and productivity

5. Develop communication content for a variety of channels, including (but not limited to) organizational emails, videos, keynotes, and town hall meetings

success. She / he should be able to seamlessly navigate these relationship dynamics in a high

Essential Qualification :

- Prior experience in internal communications (at least 4 years)
- Master s degree in HR, communication, or a related field from an accredited university is preferred but not mandatory
