• Talent Acquisition and sourcing techniques through multiple avenues such as head hunting, job portals, social media, among others.
• In-depth understanding and experience of working on recruitment portals.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Candidate should be from Recruitment consultencies only
• A 'Team Lead' with a leading Recruitment Firm / HR Consultancy
• Having rich experience of hiring for a Recruitment Firm / HR Consultancy.
• Working on time bound projects and adhearing to strict timelines
• A previous experience of International Hiring.
• Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
• Excellent communication skills, Good interpersonal skills are mandatory.
• Female Candidates who can join within a month & settled in Noida will be highly preferable.
