Education: B.Com(Sales & Marketing),BBA or any Graduate.

Experience: 1 - 3 years

Job Responsibilities:

· Increase sales through the identification and cultivation of new customers.

· Researching prospects and generating leads.

· Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

· Maintain relationships with clients through calls, emails, and visits.

· To achieve target on bringing new customers onboard and maximizing the revenue of sales.

· Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales target by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics within timeline.

· Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.

· Creating and presenting daily, monthly sales reports to the senior management .

· Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.

· Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.

· Organization and coordination of all promotional activities.

· Management and accuracy of CRM tool and ongoing development of this as the core tool for ongoing sales and business expansion.

· Maintain “leading edge” awareness on market developments, promotions, materials and technology etc.

· Organizing and attending trade shows and exhibitions if needed.

· Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.

Required Skills

· Graduate in sales & marketing or any discipline.

· Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi both verbal and written , interpersonal, and customer service skills

· Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

· The ability to work under pressure.

· Excellent phone and presentation skills.

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
