Certified Workday Financial Consultant - Manager/Sr. Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Minimum 8 years of Experience implementing workday
• Certification in Workday Financials is a must (FDM, Grants, Spends, Accounting, Invoicing, Customer Accounts & Customer Contracts, ProcuretoPay Fundamentals, Supply Chain Management etc.)
• Experience with estimating, implementation planning and leading Workday Financials Project activities
• Indepth knowledge of Workday security framework, business process configuration
• Proven experience as a Functional Financial Consultant and hand son Workday configuration experience
• Subject Matter Expertise on Financial processes, reports while identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements
• Ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior level, financially literate university and hospital executives based on expertise, maturity, and professionalism
• Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration
• Minimum of one full life cycle implementation with Workday Finance
• Help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the designed solutions.
• Experience in creating custom reports
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills

QUALIFICATIONS :
• Substantial and measurable delivery within the ERP/Workday Financial workstreams of 1 or more Financials implementations for at least two phases
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
