JOB DESCRIPTION:-

-To identify potential Financial Advisors & recruit them from your natural contact & references.

-To schedule training of the advisors for products training, IRDA process & regulations & sales & soft

skills.

-Set targets for advisors, review them & consistently motivate them to generate maximum business out of them.

-Designing contests & arranging campaigns for lead generation of prospective clients & advisors.6.

-Reporting to the Branch Manager

Desired Candidate Criteria: -

-Any Graduates are welcomed.

-Must be a local in the City for at least 2 year.

-Professional having any Sales & Marketing experience from any industry.

-Candidate should be an excellent team player & should pose good leadership qualities.

-Good communication skills & present ability. Good Network
