Delivery Boy- will deliver the flipkart product to door step of customer.

Packet delivery charge-12 rs, + incentive Salary will be around 15 to 18k per month.

Operation executive PA - Sorting and scanning the product, loading and unloading, helping WM( Delivery boy).

SALARY - 10 to 12k.

Operation supervisor- will handle the team, having knowledge of computer excel, followup with Delivery boy, making report, task distribution and other activities.

Salary - 12 to 15k.

Hub incharge- Overall responsible for HuB, daily checking inventory, responsible for running the team and Hub.

Salary up to 20k.

Relationship executive - hiring the Manpower ( WM- Delivery boy) in variable pay model, overall responsible for manpower hiring and employees engagement.
