About The Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Create social media collateral designs by understanding the topic
• Create banners, posters, flyers, infographics, GIFs, videos, motion graphics
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Collaborate with different team members
• Work with the marketing and design team to develop, conceptualize and visualize content for all marketing and content channels/platforms
• Consult and integrate creative processes into the in-house marketing team
• Provide expertise from a design point of view
• Handle multiple projects to meet the need for different marketing/content channels
• Focus on optimizing available resources and provide input wherever possible

Requirements
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• 0-1.5 years of hands-on experience in a relevant field
• A portfolio that shows your ability to solve complex problems and visually communicate your solutions
• Ability to understand and create designs to scale a solution
• Ability to document the processes, communicate clearly with the team, and project members, and persuade the stakeholders
• Tools expertise: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere pro, After Effects)
