Travel Desk Executive

Candidates required for handling Travel Desk operations in a reputed Hotel in Darjeeling .
Handling customers enquiries for Car rental, Tours etc. face to face interaction, email correspondence, telephonic enquiries.
Should be able to interact comfortably with foreign and Indian clients.
Costing of tour arrangements, itinerary making, processing bookings with hotels & other suppliers
Assigning Cars / Drivers on a day to day basis
Coordinating with the Hotel Front Desk / Reservations
Ability to deal with walk-in clientele.
Basic computer literacy MS Office, Internet, Google Maps
Immediate Joining will be preferable.
Experience in a similar field is mandatory.

Required Candidate profile

Excellent English communication skills, Confident attitude, Pleasant & Presentable personality
Good knowledge ofDarjeeling and surrounding areas in terms of sites of interest, monuments, shopping area, restaurants etc.
Must have common sense and an analytical/ sharp mind.
Working 6 days a week
Candidates from Darjeeling Only
Knowledge / qualification of foreign languages preferable
Experience in similar profile mandatory
