OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

As an Operations Associate (POS/ERP/IT), you will receive comprehensive training in our Point of Sales/ERP system to become an expert in operating this system daily. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the POS system, ensuring all data is entered correctly and chronologically, promptly solving any employee’s problems regarding the POS, generating reports from the POS system to create MIS reports and analyze key metrics for the executive team.

You will be connected to the relationship manager of the POS system with whom you can liaise directly to troubleshoot issues. You will ensure that all data has been updated in real time, including checking, maintaining and updating our menu on the POS platform, and coordinating with our delivery partners. Your role is to make certain that back-office efficiency is maintained and operations run smoothly due to your expert management of the POS system. With your proficiency in the POS system, you are also responsible to train employees to use the system correctly.

Qualifications and Requirements:

You have a Bachelor’s degree with a background in accounting and IT.
You are comfortable with working on the computer and browsing mobile apps to generate information for our online delivery system.
You have proficient knowledge of MS Excel
You are proactive, keen to solve problems and pay attention to detail. You are tenacious and find joy in increasing operational efficiencies through solutions recommended by you.
You understand that this role is dynamic and you can work long and flexible
hours to achieve your targets. You have good communication skills and interpersonal skills, and you are comfortable in liaising with various department heads to get your work done.

2-5 years experience in a similar role is preferred Working at Mama Mia!

Salary: INR 16,000- 18,000 per month
