Sales Executive

Merchandising frames, lenses, and eyewear accessories;
Provide assistance to the Optometrist during eye exams as needed;
Assist patient frames and lens selection;
Merchandise frames, lens, and eyewear accessories;
Other responsibilities as assigned;
Ensure that the practice’s optical quality standards are met;
Inventory management;
Manage eyewear orders and patient pickup;
Adjustment and minor eyeglass repair;
Manage all aspects of eyewear orders and patient pickup;
Verify order, measurements, prescription, material;
Filing invoices and statements;
Eyewear adjustment
Work with patients in the adaptation of their lenses;
Send orders to the labs and insurance verification.
Requirements:

Strong sales background in optical ;
High level of initiative; works well within a team environment;
High level of initiative and ability to work well in a team environment;
Flexible schedule to meet the demand of patients and clinical operations;
Proven customer service skills;
Excellent written and oral communication skills; computer literate;
Basic computer knowledge; Microsoft Office skills helpful;
Prior experience in the Optical industry is a plus;
Prior experience as an Optician or in the Optical industry;
Fashion saavy;
billing experience a huge plus;
Prior experience in an Optometry setting a plus but not required;
Proven customer service skills and an eye for fashion;
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
