Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Meeting with customers digitally or in person to highlight the company’s products or services
• Develop a business strategy to ensure area sales growth
• Demonstrating and presenting products/services
• Identifying new business via market research, cold calling, chat, emails
• Be a creative thinker who looks outside of the box to find solutions to meet growing sales targets

Qualifications:

1. Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

2. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

3. Creative, high-energy, and passion

4. General understanding of the principles of sales

5. Good Negotiation Skills

6. Fluent in English & Hindi. Regional languages would be advantageous.

7. Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.

8. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media

+. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

10. Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Preference:

1. Candidate must be from Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Gumla, Khunti, Lohardaga, Simdega, Chaibasa.

2. Candidate must be 10th pass/12th pass/Graduated and interested in starting a career in marketing.

3. Candidate should have acquaintance with the local market.

4. Candidate should have his own bike and a valid driving license.

Performance-Based Stipend (On Sales)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹8,410.84 – ₹23,000.00 per month
