Quality Auditor
Job Title: - Quality Auditor (BPO/KPO/BPM/Call Centre)
Job type: - Work from Office
Location: - Lucknow based

Eligibility Criteria - Check if you are eligible. (mandatory)
1. Graduate or diploma holder
1. Minimum 6 month of work experience in contact centre as an Agent or a Quality Auditor or both
2. Worked for E-commerce, Telecom, Banking, Fin-Tech, Food-Tech or Edu-Tech customer service centre in last 6 months.
3. Understand the importance of Feedback and Coaching in a customer service environment
4. Have knowledge of V-lookup, H-lookup, Pivot, Sumif, Countif & other basic Excel Formulae
5. Have knowledge of Power-point and Ms-Word. Have done elementary MS-office course in the past
6. Understand terms like Audit the auditor, Repeatability & Reproducibility, Evaluation, Quality Audits, Sampling, Rebuttal management, Calibration etc.
7. Language – Hindi & English (Mandatory).
8. Typing speed – 30 Words per minute
It will be an advantage (desirable)
If you are a multilingual speaker fluent in any of the following language - HINDI, MARATHI, TAMIL, MALAYALAM, TELUGU, PUNJABI, BENGALI
CTC Details - Up-to 2,40,000/- CTC (Annually)
