Job Description:-
Handling clients and solve their queries.
Meeting with the clients, manage site visits and explaining the details of projects/ventures.
Conducting events and worksites in various organizations for lead generation.
Convincing the customers to buy the product.
Prospecting clients through mediums such as the internet, personal contacts, and company databases. Coordinate with pre-sales, effectively converting leads into business.
Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns.
Strong client focus including pre and post-sales services.
Transaction management and deal closure.
Collection of revenue & compilation of Sales reports (MIS)

Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services

Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals

Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts

Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received

Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals

Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective
