Job Role : Virtual Technical Support (Work from Home)

Job Location: Pune

Hiring Zone: Pune

Salary:- 3.65 to 4.38 Per Annum

Minimum 6 months Experience.

Requirements:

Min Qualification: HSC & above

Minimum 6 months Experience Mandatory.

Looking for an Immediate Joiners

Comfortable with nights shifts as well.

DOJ will be in the 2nd half of March

Communication Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers

• Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present

• Ability to concentrate – follow customer's issues without distraction to resolution

• Good composition skills – ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response

• Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
