About the Position

Anu Merton is seeking a responsible and discerning HR and admin executive to oversee the hiring, administration and PR activities for the brand.

Job Description

Screening candidates

Managing payroll and labor compliances

Writing and uploading job descriptions on recruitment websites

Managing the recruitment process from end to end (Screening, Hiring, Induction, Onboarding etc)

Conducting employee reviews (Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly)

Assisting the finance controller in day-to-day finance activities

Conducting and tracking skill assessments for employees

Handling Petty Cash

Flexible to take up new things, eg website and social media

It really doesnt matter how much direct experience you have had in the above functions. What matters is your ability to take ownership of the function, help build processes, and solve or escalate problems that arise in a timely manner.

Salary

Will depend on experience. Upto 3LPA. Conveyance and mobile expenses covered by company.
