Converting prospective lead to admission - Providing counselling to students/clients regarding courses and converting them in admission. - Answering any questions the prospective students might have about our courses - Takes care of general office administrative duties - Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally - Follows up with students to get positive reviews on social media - Maintain relationships with students by providing support, information, and guidance and providing them with 100% satisfaction - Submit daily, weekly & monthly reports on counseling-related activities. - Respond to student queries in 24 working hours and Provide accurate information.
