BPO Trainer

Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the market as a Trainer in Call center.
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic MIS skills (MS Office)
• Candidate with Inbound & outbound experience shall be preferred.
• Develop and manage tracking and reporting on training progress
• Train New Hire Batches on Product and process
• Conduct Refresher training for On-floor associates
• Compiling Training Data and MIS
• Coordination with Operations / Quality
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to multi-task with well-developed organizational skills
• Content preparation on Product and process
• Evening Shift
• No Cab No Meal

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹22,802.80 - ₹33,620.70 per month
