We are looking for a seasoned full stack developer to
• implement and deliver high quality software solutions for our new state of the art Data Ingestion, Aggregation & Calculation platform.
• help us build state of the art solutions using cutting edge technologies like Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, Azure Data Lake, Kubernetes, Python, Apache Spark, Postgres etc.
• demonstrate superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• demonstrate superior collaboration skills in working closely with other development, testing and implementation teams to roll-out important regulatory and business improvement programs

Your team

You will be a key member of a young and expanding Data, Analytics & Reporting team part of the Compliance Technology function. We are a small friendly bunch who take pride in the quality of work that we do. As a team, we provide Data ingestion & aggregation solutions on top of a big data platform, working closely with peers from the business team as well as other engineering teams.

Your expertise
• have a degree level education; preferably Computer Science (Bachelor or Master’s degree)
• have 8+ years of hands-on design and development experience in several of the relevant technology areas (Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, Azure Data Lake, Kubernetes, Python, Apache Spark, Postgres etc.)
• strong coding skills in Java, Spring Boot and other Java based frameworks (must have)
• strong coding skills in UI development using ReactJS (must have)
• expertise working in a microservices based architecture (must have)
• experience in working in a MS Azure (added advantage)
• have Agile, Test Driven Development and DevOps practices part of your DNA
• demonstrate strong communication skills, both to senior management and teams
• background in IB or Finance domain with good understanding of finance principles (added advantage)
• strong analytical and problem solving skills
• collaborative approach towards problem solving, working closely with other colleagues in the global team and sensitive towards diversity
