Job Description
Position - Sales Officer
Locations - Aligarh, Bareilly, Etawah, Moradabad, Rampur, Allahabad, Baraich, Kanpur, Lucknow for U.P. all North Regions, Shahdol, Bhopal for M.P. all West Regions
Experience - 3-4 years
TADA - 165 DA per day + 3.5 rs. per km upto 55km(2-wheeler)
Incentives - Upto 10k/month on achieving target
Job Description : -
• Effective team handling 2 to 3 Distributor Sales Man’s (Off roll)/ 2 to 3TSI’s reports to SO’s
• Multiple Districts
• Multiple Distributors’ (10 to 15 DB’s) up to 20 DB’s
• Handling of Distributor and Super Stockist Network with secondary driven objective
• Reporting of DB and SS closing stock regularly as per required
• Travel in designated geography as per Permanent Journey Plan to drive business
• Tracking of competition activities
• Delivered Secondary volume to drive primary as per target
