Affiliate Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Executive with extensive experience in Influencer Marketing to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to drive affiliate and influencer marketing programs to success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute affiliate marketing campaigns, including setting performance targets and tracking progress
• Manage relationships with affiliate partners to drive traffic, increase sales and revenue, and build brand awareness
• Collaborate with influencer marketing teams to identify, engage and activate key influencers to promote the brand
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, with a focus on Influencer Marketing
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing best practices, including tracking and reporting methods, and influencer marketing tactics
• Experience with affiliate marketing platforms, such as Commission Junction, ShareASale, or Rakuten Marketing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
