Roles and responsibilities:-
• Planning, developing all the digital marketing activities.
• Managing a team of interns to coordinate PPC, SEO and content writing activities.
• Plan and execute email marketing strategies and launch campaigns across Meta ads and near ads.
• Plan, Create & Manage various PPC campaigns from Google Ads (Search, Display & App Install Ads) & Facebook Ads etc.
• Organize and conduct various digital marketing workshops for the organization.
• Assisting in formulation of digital marketing strategies
• Responsible for Landing Page Strategies
• Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particular developments in mobile marketing.
• Create & Successfully implement a Social Media Marketing Strategy & Content plan/calendar for the organization.
• Navigate cross-functional relationships with clients, web development, creative, and marketing teams to test, scale, and optimize new growth channels.
• Good knowledge of SEO( global, local, technical, on-page,off-page),marketing database, email, social media marketing(Facebook, twitter, Instagram etc, adverts (near ads, Facebook ads etc)
• Monitor web traffic with the help of various tracking pixels/codes and create a plan accordingly like Remarketing Ads with main focus on ROI.
• Promoting services through digital channels
• Video Marketing - Create & deliver YouTube videos & hence Generate Leads for the organization.
• Provide creative briefs, ad copies and video ad scripts.
• Work on Digital Marketing Strategy of in-house Online Teaching platform & also Take online classes of Digital Marketing Advance course.
• Consistently deliver on user acquisition targets.
• Monitor online company presence over various social media platforms( Instagram, twitter, Facebook etc) and digital marketing channels.
Requirements:-
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with various tools like Google play console, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Social Media Management Tools, SEO/SEM,app store optimization and marketing etc.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Graduation or post graduation (any field)
• Skills and experience in creative content writing
• Decision making skills
• Creative imagination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly energetic.
• 10-20% hike on current salary
