Job Summary:

The Zonal Manager - General Insurance Sales will be responsible for overall business development and Management of the Branches.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Manpower recruitment & training

· Recruitment, Training, Build-up Agencies & Development.

· Business Development through channel partners to sell General Insurance products

. Primary Role will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in all aspects of Sales

. Specifications & Field Marketing in the assigned Zone to achieve the business objectives.

. Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.

. Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.

. Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole.

. Achieve targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
