About the Department
We in our design team have a love of design and collaborating cross-discipline in a fast-paced environment. With designers from various backgrounds and disciplines; we understand user needs to create holistic design solutions that are both appealing and functional.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES
• Genres: You'll be working with a variety of genres including but not limited to Consulting, Retail, Automotive, Design, Influencer / Public Figure, Hospitality, Motivation / Entrepreneurship, Photography, Technology etc.
• Strategizing, creating content plan, and designing visual and motion content for hoardings, banners, ads, blogs, social and content platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat etc.
• Communicating with other team members and setting direction for the content, establish brand identity, and make high converting designs.
• Ensuring that the content is authentic and original by running appropriate plagiarism checks.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders like designers, management, project manager, clients, suppliers etc.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE Fresher
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
Degree/diploma in Graphic Design / Visual Communication / UI & UX or related field. We will also need a link / PDF of a design portfolio that demonstrates how you design to solve customer needs.
SOFTWARES & APPLICATIONS
Proficiency with computer and phone based photo & video editing tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro. Fluency in Adobe Suite is a must. Skills in any other tools like Canva, is a bonus.
QUALITIES & CAPABILITIES
• Ability to communicate and work in sync with team.
• Comfortable with conducting research on internet.
• Should have advanced English proficiency.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
