Human Resources
The Human Resources job identifies gaps in skills and competencies of staff and provides training and development programs. Working independently under limited supervision, this job plans and administers training and developmental programs to ensure the employees have the knowledge to meet the organization's business objectives. This job also coaches and delegates work to lower level professionals to ensure high-quality and timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Designs, develops and delivers all elements of the organization's training and development programs to foster learning and provide growth opportunities for employees within the organization.
• Designs and develops training strategy and specific training development plans to meet the needs of employees.
• Monitors the best practice in the training field and incorporates it to the training curriculum of the organization.
• Reviews and evaluates the quality of training materials and implements improvements to foster growth of employees.
• Ensures employees are trained on general skills and competencies to be properly prepared for advanced learning and everyday administrative tasks.
• Utilizes expert technical knowledge of the organization's systems, databases and technologies to administer business unit training and development programs and troubleshoots any issues that may arise throughout delivery of the programs.
• Partners with leadership and management teams to develop management skills and implement best leadership practices within the organization.
Educational Requirements
• University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
• 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred

This role will be responsible to help execute strong tech learning frameworks for businesses across TIAA India. The incumbent will partner closely with senior leaders to execute the learning agenda. This position will also foster collaborative relationships with HR partners, business stakeholders and vendors. The incumbent is expected to contribute in the transformation and execution of development opportunities across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate is a strong, consultative learning practitioner with exemplary execution and stakeholder management skills and with a hands on working style.
Broad responsibilities include:
• Provide professional expertise and support the development and implementation of learning strategies for new hires, technology programs and campus programs that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of tech talent.
• Execute and maintain all technology programs at elementary and intermediate levels that help in workforce engagement, retention, promotion and succession.
• Provide required consultative and execution support in organizational strategic planning initiatives and in team effectiveness programs; This may include planning and developing business or functional change management plans, post-survey analysis and action plans (i.e. external and internal surveys), and team development (i.e., offsite development programming) that supports the site/functions focus mission, vision and focus areas.
