Job Title - Junior Banking Trainer

Location: Kochi,Kerala

Desired Profile:

Bachelors/Masters's degree in Commerce

Candidates from banking backgrounds preferred

Teaching experience of a minimum of 1 year is desirable, Freshers can also apply

Passionate about teaching

Ability to think creatively for presentation of course content

Good written and spoken English skills

Good grasp of technical concepts in subjects related to Accounting and Finance

Certification in banking courses would be an advantage

Major Responsibilities:

Manage all student training whether online or offline

Should be able to deliver banking concepts to the students both theoretically and practically.

The trainer should be up to date with latest regulatory developments.

Interact with students and understand their requirements better.

The trainers should have good command in English and fluent in Malayalam

Ensure valuation of student assignments and timely course completion.

Contribute, participate and perform ad hoc activities as and when required for the growth and success of the organization as a whole.
