About the Job
• Provide advanced architecture and engineering support to automate and administrator identity and compliance requirements into all enterprise information systems.
• Drive planning and execution of identity management roadmaps and technology enhancements.
• Create and maintains standards surrounding documentation related to identity processes, procedure and infrastructure.
• Assess current applications and architecture to ensure current implementations align with industry guidelines, best practices and management approved standards.
• Plan for implementing management's directives in most secure manners with least disruption.
• Assist all IAM workstreams with design, implementation and troubleshooting of IAM tools (SailPoint, CyberArk Ping). Provide security guidance and requirements to technology teams when no solution is currently available

• Enhance security team accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
• Plan security systems by evaluating identity technologies; develop requirements for identity governance, automate administration; adhere to industry standards.
• Ensure data integrity and data compliance.

An ideal candidate will have

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Active Directory, SailPoint, CyberArk and Ping
• Proven knowledge of identity frameworks and the deployment of various identity models within an enterprise setting.
• Proven experiencing on build sustainable and scalable operational tools and methodologies.
• Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related experience required
• Overall 12+ years of IT experience
• 10+ years of dedicated identity administration and governance experience including design and implementation
