Master Trainer| Coding

Wizklub is a part of Infinity Learning by Sri Chaitanya. WizKlub offers research-based education programs to develop future skills across Comprehension, Critical Thinking, and Mathematical aptitude in kids aged 6 – 14. We aim to empower kids to learn and develop comprehensive skills to solve real-world problems using practical approaches. We have trained over 40,000 students worldwide in the last 4 years. The company is now tying up with schools across India and the programs will be conducted in the WizKlub lab set up inside the school.

POSITION: – Master Trainer .

Locations: Ahmedabad, Ambala, Jalandhar, Lucknow, Coimbatore / Salem, Pune

Roles and Responsibilities: - Conducting the Techno Sales Presentations to Potential Customers ( Schools ) - Conduct Demonstrations for Students, Teachers, and Parents as when planned in the region - Account Management of the schools assigned in terms of managing the school stakeholders, SPOC - Handle pre-designed training curriculum in the school at the time of need in the assigned schools - Contribute to the overall execution of the program across the school by continuously monitoring the progress of the program - Conduct Refreshers / ToTs for Trainers as and when required

Travel Requirement: approx. 60 %

Salary: 6lpa -7LPA ( Negotiable for higher Experience )

Requirements: - Has min. of 3 years of experience in a similar role(s) - Worked in Edutech companies in Tech Sales positions or with a Background in Delivering Corporate / Institutional Training in a Customer Interaction Role - Passionate about conducting training and empowering fellow trainers. - Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment. - Have excellent communication skills in English. - Candidates owning/possessing a 4-wheeler would be preferred.

Educational Qualification: - Minimum 60% in 10th/12th/UG/PG - Graduate /Post Graduate – BSC(Computers), BCA/MCA/B.TECH -CSE, ECE & IS - Good Communication skills and Interpersonal Skill

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
