Job Description :

1. Provide direction and training to the project team staff to construct the buildings efficiently and rapidly.

2. Work in coordination with the procurement, inspection and quality control teams to ensure the construction completion to the highest standards of quality, safety and durability.

3. Do construction scheduling using project management techniques to ensure the optional deployment of material, machinery and manpower.

4. Coordinate with the procurement team and the finance team to create accurate forecasts of the labour, material and cash flow requirements to complete the constructions as per schedule.

5. Come up with novel and innovative solutions to accelerate the construction and speed up the project completion.
