Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives

Conduct market research to understand our target audience and their needs

Visualise creative ideas of content marketing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to create a variety of content types that engage and inspire our audience

Develop and manage a content calendar that ensures timely delivery of content across all channels

Monitor and analyze the performance of our content using data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and adjustments

Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends and best practices

Develop and manage relationships with freelance writers and content creators as necessary

Ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field

2+ years of experience as a Content Strategist or similar role

Proven experience developing successful content strategies across a variety of channels and formats

Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices
