Position Summary:

The Senior Accountant Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization. This includes overseeing the accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions. The Senior Accountant Manager will ensure accuracy of financial reports, compliance with accounting regulations, and timely and accurate recording of financial transactions. They will also be responsible for developing and analyzing financial reports, performing reconciliations, and providing financial advice and guidance to the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger

• Ensure accuracy of financial reports, compliance with accounting regulations, and timely and accurate recording of financial transactions

• Develop and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and budget analysis

• Prepare various internal and external reports and financial statements

• Monitor accounts and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls

• Assist with annual budgeting process

• Coordinate with auditors to ensure accuracy of financial reports

• Additional Responsibility assigned by Senior Leaders.

• Work with Senior Leaders regarding Tax Filing and to solve Tax related issues.

• Identify gaps in process and suggest Senior Leaders regarding improvement.

• Help Senior Leaders in Budgeting, Forecasting & prepare expense report.

To Be Known:

- Expert knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Ind As, Accounting standards (AS)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Tally software.

- Co-operate with Clients.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Tally.

- Experience in Project Accounting.

• Salary: up to Rs.50,000/month.
