Job Description

Work in sync with the global central Creative Team of Smiths and produce high-quality designs, artworks, layouts and a variety of assets for the APAC region considering Smiths design styles or guidelines.

Duties & Responsibilities

What you'll do :
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, ensuring the ideas and designs communicate the intended message, brand identity, and the correct look and feel of the campaign
• Keep up to date on industry developments and technology, being able to interpret how these would deliver incredible internal communication ideas
• Communicate design concepts with clear reasoning behind proposed solutions, both written and verbal with internal teams, and clients
• Able to understand Smiths brand when solving a problem
• Ability to articulate and present concepts — can relay ideas in a logical manner

The Individual

What you'll definitely need :
• Master-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate, and other video editing software packages
• Takes initiative — doesn’t want to be told what or how to do something
• Assist in the creation of seasonal campaign concepts
• Work with the manager on the development of creatives, shoot strategy, story boards and presentations
