Responsibilities and Duties
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to analyze market trends and various business opportunities from a financial perspective, main focus being on the administrative side of accounting, including
• Purchase ledger duties.
• Accounts reconciliation.
• Chasing debts.
• Processing pay, invoices and staff expenses
• Perform financial analysis, reporting and management activities.
• Hire and train new employees on financial operations.
• Monitor and manage all expense within the allotted budget.
• Establish key financial strategies to enhance business profitability.
• Ensure financial team follows company policies and regulations.
• Develop standard accounting procedures to improve financial operations efficiency.
• Participate in performance evaluation of finance staff and conduct counseling sessions to identify skill development needs.
• Review annual budgets and recommend any changes if needed.
• Assist in account payable and receivable activities.
• Perform account reconciliation activities.
• Generate financial reports related to budgets, account payables / receivables, expenses, etc.
• Ensure accurate calculation and distribution of salaries and other benefits to employees.
• Monitor competitor activity and stay updated about latest industry trends.
• Travel Reimbursement verification, voucher preparation and bill passing
• Filling of statutory report, like Income Tax, TDS, GST, PF, ESI i
• MIS reports & Billing
• Petty cash Handling
• Payroll Monitoring
• Day to day Journal entries and Ledger Preparation in tally
• Data entry in tally for Sales, Purchase
• Preparation of General Accounting & Invoices
• Liaising with accountant teams.
• Exposure to GST & Tally ERP + is a must.

Key Skills
Roles and Responsibilities: Providing insights on the financial health of the organization. Ensuring the business meets all its statutory and compliance obligations, including statutory accounting and tax issues. Prepare business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts.Meeting with department heads.Managing and coordinating monthly reporting, budgeting and reforecast processes. Providing back office services such as accounts payable, collection and payroll. Monitoring cash flow. Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities Managing financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
Required Experience and Qualifications

• Skills /Abilities:
• Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles as financial analyst
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both general market patterns
• Proficient user of finance software
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes
• Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.

Qualifications
• 4+ years experience in finance related field
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in finance or accounting equivalent are eligible to apply.
• excellent communication and presentation skills
• good IT skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting.
• Ability to review data and make relevant management decisions.
• Strong financial system and business administration understanding.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
