Position description:

Calling carriers and drivers for the updates.

Entering loads and updating them in company's system.

Continuous communication with drivers and customers via phone and e-mail, and team internal software .

Requesting paperwork after pickup and delivery.

Work on other tasks related to the track and trace position by order of the supervisor Immediate Joining Fresher or Experience can appear for interview.
