Accounts Executive

• This position exists to ensure smooth functioning of daily Financial activities and to Track and provide Financial Performance metrics for the business.
• He would also be responsible to ensure compliances with Accounting Practices and Legal Regulations.
• EBITDA and Consumption of Centre is sync with centre director Collection Licence Fees/ Revenue Share/ Common Area Maintenance / Utilities (Local Franchise retailer not considered)
• Kiosk to issue PDC for entire term Adherence to Schedule (Monthly reports - 10th of every month, Statutory compliances, Maintenance of Insurance Policies, Tracking of all Outward Asset Movement)
• Co-ordinate with Legal Team to close agreement for Store Operations without one Audit Score achieved in various Audits (legal, Internal Audit, Process Audit etc.)
• To ensure timely Accounting and payment of all vendors engaged at mall Invoices to be checked and generated every month in Pascal with billing and process Documentation
• Achieve Centre budget (Cash flow management)
• Collection from Retailer and Developer
• Management fees and salaries
• Vendor management and payment
• Training Knowledge of Accounting practices
• Knowledge of tax rules
• Dexterity on excel, accounting software

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
