Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Jr. Staff Accountant in Gwalior to take care of daily entry level accounting job to ensure all the records are accurate to facilitate financial reporting.

Responsibilities as Accounting Job in Gwalior:

At all, as an accountant you are responsible for processing bank, general journal transactions, assisting with financial audits, tax return preparation and supporting foreign entity consultants.
• Prepare and send customer invoices
• Prepares journal entries to record daily entries at Gwalior branch.
• Assists with monthly closing process including account reconciliations, allocation calculations and inventory
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, communicates with account executives regarding contract details.
• Prepares monthly journal entries and internal/external accounting data requests.
• Reconciles bank accounts daily
• Update weekly customer payment report
• Updates collection accounts
• Coordinate cross-border transfers

• Highly proficient with MS Office Suite
• Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to remain focused in a dynamic environment
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
