CTC Range: 4 lkh ~ 5 lkh

Responsibilities
• Sales - Handling Sourcing of Gold Loan custoemer through branches ,open market ,Cross sell initiatives
• Ensuring that time lines of disbursal are met
• Followup and execution of Central Marketing initiative

Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in any field.
• Required skill(s): Gold Loan Experience, DSA & DST Handling, Branch Sales.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. Job role in Sales Executive or Management.
• Sourcing of business from various channels like Branch,PO,DSA,Phone banking and increasing further distribution channel.

Having experience in channel tie-ups and cross selling.
