Lexmark is seeking an exceptional Front-End Web Developer to join our Lexmark Ventures team. The ideal web developer candidate will help design and implement modern, responsive, UIs for marketing websites, cloud web applications, and embedded device application UI’s. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components via JavaScript, java, and/or react concepts. You will also be responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting our front-end codebases.

To ensure success as a react.js developer, you should have excellent front-end coding skills, a good understanding of progressive web applications, and should be able to design and build modern user interface components to enhance application performance.

Responsibilities include:
• Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications
• Reviewing application requirements and interface designs
• Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components
• Writing application interface code using JavaScript and/or react.js
• Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application code
• Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts
• Monitoring and improving front-end performance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science and 5+ years of development experience
• Previous experience working as a web front-end developer.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Experience with user interface design.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
