# Good understanding and hands on experience in Pega 8.x architecture, design and development

# Analyze, design and support implementation of business-specific Pega solutions and or frameworks.

# Mentor new team members. Assign appropriate tasks to junior project team members and provide guidance on development best practices.

# Responsible for implementing technical solutions on Pega 7.X

# Ability to create reusable components that can be leveraged across the enterprise for providing top-notch customer experience

# Create Pega Data model, UI, Reports, Declarative rules and preform Performance analysis and tuning

# Assist with planning and execution of unit, integration and user acceptance testing.

# Provide regular updates team lead and project manager on project progress and outstanding issues

# Manages the technical rollout and post- deliverable technical strategy

# In direct interaction with project managers, Leads, Architects, on- and off-shore team members as well as other engineers.

Mandatory Skills:

# Must have minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Pega

# Must have Pega CSA and CSSA certification in v7.x or above
