They export to more than 180 countries and are one of the undisputed leaders in no bake casting process in foundry. They are looking for a head of operations for providing leadership to all the manufacturing units in Gujarat

Description

Reporting to the MD you will be responsible for:
• Managing end to end foundry operations including production, quality, design, maintenance and supply chain
• Driving necessary changes and improvements in business performance to deliver strategic goals
• Maintaining throughput, power consumption, and yield metrics for the setup
• Reducing in plant and customer rejections by implementation process best practices
• Ensuring growth and learning of associated teams
• Managing the plant heads and HOD's of the various functions of the plants

Profile

Ideally, you are a Foundry professional with 15 to 20+ years of experience in managing manufacturing of casting products through no bake process. You have sound experience in managing the inputs costs, material costs and understanding drawings & patterns. You are well-versed with quality standards and can drive process improvements to reduce rejection.You should be creative in problem-solving and must have excellent communication skills. You should have a zeal to facing new challenges and expanding your horizons of learning
