1. Developer – (2 to 4 years)
• Strong knowledge on OOPS, Core Java, Collection framework, and Multi-threading.
• Hands on experience in programming using C, C++, Java, ASP.NET, Python or PHP.
• Exposure to J2EE architecture/Webservices/Microservices based backend development using JDBC, JSP & Servlets. will be plus
• Experience in SQL coding for database systems (MySQL/Oracle/MS-SQL)
• Skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, React, Angular, Vue or any other JS framework.
• Experience using Version control & Web/App server administration tools.
• Must have demonstrable capability to develop codes/algorithms based on business requirements.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills

2. Senior Developer – (4 to 6 years)
• Background in one or multiple skills as described above in 1.
• Skills To review and help ensuring quality and efficiency of code to optimized level. Good logical
• and analysis skills is must.
• Implement best coding practices for development pipeline to achieve highest level of quality
• ensuring minimum defects in testing phase,
• Help junior members of team members to understand algorithms, business requirements and end
• results intended.
• Hands on experience in developing complex business logics and taking them successfully
• through different testing phases including performance & security testing.
• Prior experience in handling multiple environments for managing and maintain code bases,
• deployments and ensuring minimum defect leakages.
• Ability to handle production deployments and provide post production support.

3. Tech Lead – (6 to 10 years)
• Background in one or multiple skills as described above in 1 & background with proven ability as
• mentioned in 2.
• Skills in technical architecture and design as per best industry practices for development team in
• respective technical areas.
• Knowledge of web based services architecture to meet functional, non-functional and security
• requirements for business functions.
• Expertise in coding practices, design patterns and project structures for J2EE/.NET based
• projects along with different front end technologies.
• Ability to design technical architecture which is modular, flexible for extensions and replaceable to
• meet future technologies.
• Proven ability to build, nurture and drive high performing team for different modules across
• business requirements.
