We have urgent opening for Software Support Associate in Ahmedabad location,
• IT Freshers (BCA, MCA, BE IT/CE, BSc IT, PGDCA) with excellent written & verbal communication skill can apply,

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide technical telephone support
• Assist in implementations of company software product
• Perform training of company software products to clients
• Should be able to interact with developers
• Communication with the US Client
• Required to Document the information

Required Candidate profile:
• Educational Qualification: BE IT/CE, MCA, PGDCA, MSc IT
• IT Freshers & Experienced with excellent written & verbal communication skill
• Problem solving attitude
• Knowledge & understanding in Healthcare Domain would be added value

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Rotational shift
• US shift
