Job Description

Job Title: Blended Process
Shift: Rotational Shift (except for woman employees. shifts ends by 8pm for women employees)
Work Location: Kharadi, Pune
Week Off: 6 days working
Qualification: Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate
Fresher/ Experience both Can Apply.
Ready to Work from office.
We are looking for immediate joiners only.
Resolving queries through Email / Chat / voice.

Candidate Should Have
Good Communication skills. Provide solutions through Email / Chat Voice to customers of different time zones. Resolving queries of Global clients and initiating the right responses to them, positively and professionally. Flexible to work in shifts. Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Good technical knowledge. Ready to work from office. Both dose vaccination.
